At LPC Printing we use a Heidelberg SM 74 10P - B2 10-Colour Perfector with CIP3 and Image Control, along with a Heidelberg SM 74 - B2 5-Colour with CIP3.
Repro is taken care of by the Heidelberg Suprasetter Quad-Laser fully automatic B2 CTP.
CTP (Computer-to-Plate) is the world's leading technology for increasing productivity as well as efficiency within the pressroom, and provides superb imaging quality with maximum productivity and unrivalled depth of focus. The internal punching systems guarantee consistently reliable output and extremely high register accuracy in the press.

Our computer-to-plate system delivers high-quality printing plates in the required format directly to our press, which ensures the utmost quality of your litho printing.
CIP3 automates ink-key settings for our full colour litho printing, and significantly cuts down make ready times on the press. This eradicates paper waste materials and also the need to manually fine-tune ink zone coverage. The output efficiency acquired by implementation of this software is dramatic, and results in the ability to print more jobs within a given production shift. The obvious benefit being a reduction in cost to our customers, and the production of premium quality lithographic print.
Litho printing is the most affordable method of producing high quality printing in commercial printing quantities with small quantity printing jobs moving over to our digital printing facilities, when the time and cost associated with producing plates and printing press setup make digital the more cost effective option.
